It's being reported in the NY Post and on Yahoo Sports! that there's a strong rumor going around the league that New Jersey Devil center Travis Zajac could be traded soon to make way for Ilya Kovalchuk's new 15 year 100 million dollar contract. Seems kind of stupid to me to trade your first line center when you've got a couple of million dollar boat anchors like Rolston, Salvador, and the expensive Zubrus on the team, but I just report what I hear.
